Guests & Visitors
The maximum number of guests is 10, which applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just overnight guests. If extra guests are present beyond your confirmed booking, additional charges will apply, or your reservation may be canceled without a refund.
Check-In Procedure
A $500 security deposit (hold) is required, it is released within 7 days if there are no damages. Photo IDs are required for all adult guests before check-in.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on the deck/balcony. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Parking
You’ll have two free parking spots located right beside the house entrance. If you need additional parking, a paid lot is available next door and is free on weekends and evenings.
Families & Child Safety
Families with little ones are always welcome, but please note that our home is not child-proof. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Security Cameras
For security purposes, outdoor cameras are in place and recording video and audio 24/7. There are no cameras inside the home.
